Every one in a while, we all need a little bit of alone time. In life, it’s important to recharge your batteries and date yourself. Maybe you enjoy solo activities like taking a bike ride, doodling, or cooking dinner. Having enough me time will help you feel rejuvenated, especially when things get stressful.
Back in April 2018, I wrote a post about how I like to spend time alone. On Fridays when I’m off from work, I love to listen to music, read, and work on my blog. Lately, I’ve also been learning new songs on my guitar and baking. These activities almost always make me feel better after a long week.
According to LifeHack.org, there are so many benefits to spending time alone. Just to name a couple, alone time helps with self reflection and productivity.
If you’re in need of some me time, here are 45 fun solo activities that’ll help you feel refreshed!

I loved detective Pikachu! It brought back so much nostalgia from my childhood. Have you seen it yet?
Great list as always!
Oooh, it sounds like it was an awesome movie then!! I haven’t seen it yet, but Alejandro is a die hard Pokemon fan (apparently, he was a Pokemon card collector when he was little and took it very seriously lol!) Hopefully we’ll get a chance to see it this weekend, though!! 😊
You guys will have fun! They also gave out a collectible pokemon card at the theatre here which was quite the throwback. I got a detective Pikachu and a Bulbasaur 😆
I loved this post, Nunzia! So many of my favorite activities were listed… playing the Sims being my #1 lol. You should totally create some looks with that UD palette– it’s never too late, in my opinion. 🙂
Awww, thank you, Hunida!! Sims is awesome I still love that game just as much today as I did back in the day lol and I’ll have to create a look soon — the palette has so many pretty colors for summer! 💛Hope you’re doing well, dear! x

Great post! I spend a LOT of time on my own because I work from home but it’s mostly only work that I’m doing. But I do like to relax on my own too and if I’m honest, I kinda prefer my own company sometimes!

Thank you, Jenny!! 💛That’s really cool that you work from home!
I’m the same way when it comes to relaxing (and blogging/writing too! hehe) I like to sit in my little writing area in my living room by myself, put on my headphones, and just write away! I’m able to focus a lot better that way 😊
Thanks for stopping by and reading, hon! x
This is an awesome list! I personally love being by myself and find that I am far more comfortable for doing so 🙂

I love playing with makeup especially the mornings I don’t have work I take time to experiment and not have to worry about being on a time constraint. I’ve taken the personality test too but I always forget my result 😛 list posts like these are always so positive and calming to read xx
I’m the exact same way with makeup, Chanelle!! I love playing with eyeshadow looks when I’m bored on my days off hehe Also, I feel like my best makeup looks happen when I’m not at work (and for some reason when I’m getting ready for work, the makeup doesn’t come out the way I want it to) lol! 😂😂
You should take it again! Mine always switches from ENFP to INFP, but it was INFP this time!
Thanks, love!! So happy to hear that these kind of posts are calming to read! They have always been my favorite to write cause I love coming up with new ideas and helping people! 💓
I sometimes find my makeup looks good on work days and doesn’t look as nice when I experiment but it’s 50/50 haha.
Which site did you take the test on, I know there’s a few different ones.
