After a long day, it’s such a treat to put on headphones and listen to your favorite podcast. There are so many motivational podcasts you can listen to for free on platforms like Spotify! When I’m at the office, I like to play a podcast in the background as I do busy work. It makes the day go by so much quicker and I always feel like I learn something new after an episode!
I actually read an interesting article the other day on Billboard. It said that podcast listening is on the rise! A lot of millennials enjoy podcasts and are changing the scene with audio listening. I thought that study was super neat and quite accurate! Truth be told, there’s something special about podcasts. They’re powerful because one episode can inspire you to think deeply and reflect on life!
You can find a ton of amazing podcasts out there. I’ve def compiled quite a big list of new faves lately. Right in time for the new year! ✨
Here are 15 motivational podcasts to listen to in 2020! As I created this list, I made sure to add a good mix of popular podcasts and hidden gems! 🎧
