Hi, my darling readers! 💕 So, my birthday was last Sunday (February 25th) and I turned 24. It’s hard to believe that I’m pretty much an adult at this point. It seems like just yesterday I was freaking out about my high-school graduation! Jeez, where does the time go?
I had so much fun celebrating my birthday with my loved ones and am grateful to have such wonderful people in my life. I wanted to share some really cute gifts that I received from my grandma, mom, and of course, Alejandro! I’m kind of obsessed with fashion so most of these are clothes. 💖
What I Got for My Birthday 2018
Pink Cardigan and High Waisted Skinny Jeans
My mom bought me this first set. She honestly knows my style so well, you’d think she’s my personal stylist or something! I adore every bit of this outfit. We were joking around that the cardigan and jeans combo is very much a typical Nunzia look. The cardigan has such a soft material and my jeans are super comfy and stretchy! A cute and cozy ensemble!
Floral Off-The-Shoulder Dress
Another birthday present from mama. This dress is absolutely stunning. I adore the floral design and its silhouette is especially gorgeous. I feel flirty and fun in this little number and definitely look forward to wearing it once spring arrives!
Bell Sleeve Top and High Waisted Jeans
Outfit #3 is also from my mom! I’m thrilled that she incorporated some pieces that would bring me out of my comfort zone. I’ve always wanted to try on a bell-sleeved shirt or dress, but was worried that I wouldn’t be able to pull it off. This shirt is delicate and elegant. The bell-sleeves also add a lovely feminine touch!
Pink Infinity Scarf
On to accessories! The first accessory is a present from my grandma. She and I have very similar styles so I always look forward to seeing what fashion pieces she picks out for me. She bought this adorable pink infinity scarf. The color really compliments my skin tone and I love the scarf’s detailing. The cream colored stars remind me of star fish and now all I can think about is summertime and going to the beach!
Snowflake Charm from Pandora
Such a sweet sentiment from Nonna. My mom bought me a Pandora bracelet for Christmas last year and I got super excited at the opportunity to add meaningful charms. This is my very first charm and it has a wintery theme, perfect for a February baby like myself! 🙂
Leather Jacket
My mom got me this navy blue fitted leather jacket from Sears. I love the fact that it’s not your typical leather black jacket and because it’s fitted, I can wear it with jeans and dresses. It’s fashionable and a little cheeky, a great statement piece to wear at a house party or out to dinner and drinks! 💓
Of course, I can’t forget about Alejandro’s birthday gifts. He gave me his presents early this year and he gifted me quite a few outfits! Also, I’ve been wanting a larger tripod so that I could take better pictures and he must have been listening! On the morning of my birthday, I found a Blackweb 66″ tripod sitting casually on the living room floor (with a pink bow on top). Thanks bae!
Well, that’s it for my birthday gift haul! I can’t thank my family and Alejandro enough for making my birthday so special. Here’s to 24!
