Hey, loves! 💛 Recently, I’ve tried to keep purchasing to a minimum. This is because Alejandro and I want to save up money so we can buy a townhouse. It was time for a mini shopping day though, so I went to the mall and picked up a few things! Technically, summer starts in two days, but I just had to share some of my early summer favorites!

We’re talking yummy smelling candles, a new purse, and lots of sunny YELLOW! ☀️

Lauren Conrad Lemon Wristlet

Let’s start with this adorable lemon wristlet from Lauren Conrad’s collection. And OMG, there is definitely a story for this one!

So, I was at Kohl’s looking for a new backpack. Here I am casually browsing through Lauren Conrad’s collection and I saw a yellow wristlet. I turned it around and noticed that it was an actual lemon bag. A bag shaped like a lemon slice, y’all. 🍋

Anyway, I was smiling so hard that I started giggling at how silly this little bag was. Then I proceeded to tear up in the middle of the women’s department over a bag — yes I’m an actual 25 year old woman 😂

Did I need the bag? No absolutely not, but come on — it’s a freaking lemon!

All I can think of is Lemongrab from Adventure Time and it makes me so happy!

B&BW Beach Nights Fragrance Mist & Body Lotion

From Bath & Body Works site:

“A warm blend of toasted marshmallow, sea salt breeze & s’mores.”

Sounds totally accurate. Have you ever “gone camping” in your backyard before? Well, that’s exactly what this fragrance reminds me of — summer nights. You’re hanging out with your friends, enjoying the sound of laughter, and toasting marshmallows around a fire pit. This scent is very nostalgic to me and I absolutely love it!

At first, I was just looking for a candle, but had to pick up both the fragrance and body lotion!

B&BW Pink Apple Punch 3-Wick Candle

Next, this adorable candle! Alejandro actually picked it out, because he enjoyed the scent. Plus, it features a pineapple rocking some large sunglasses!

“Green apple, juicy honey-crisp, pink melon punch with essential oils.”

This is a very summery scent. At first, I wasn’t sure I liked the scent because it was a bit too light. After a while though, I started to pick up the apple and melon. It left the room with such a sweet, comforting scent. It’s also different from anything I have in my current collection. I’m obsessed!

Colorful Striped Top & Pastel Shorts

Let’s chat about these super cute fashion finds. I’ve been loving yellow lately and was so happy my mom bought me this striped shirt! She also paired the top with pastel pink shorts — mom always knows my style! Thanks Ma!

I’ve already worn this shirt a couple of times, and am also planning to wear it on 4th of July! My aunt is throwing a pool party and I think it’d be perfect for the occasion!

Sucker Punch by Sigrid

Finally, for my summer 2019 favorites haul — Sigrid’s new album! I had never heard of Sigrid before, but Spotify recommended her album. Sucker Punch is such a fun and feel good album. My favorite song from the album is easily “Level Up!” I’m not exactly sure why — maybe because it’s short but sweet! The album reminds me of old school Lily Allen from her Alright Still era.
